I like it really dark with white frosting (or what my grandma calls icening). I missed out on this for x-mas bc I just recently found your channel but I really want to try it for Easter instead of my usual Easter bun recipe. A little less flour and fruits, also after baking, slightly soak, slightly. The more liquid is added after baking, the heavier it would be.

Thank you Elizabeth❤️ After baking, slightly feed with alcohol, slightly or none at all. The texture would then stay fluffy and spongy, rather then dense and pudding like when soaked with liquid
