Mix together and microwave for 10 seconds interval until fully melted.Mix well and refrigerate for about 25 minutes.Beat until fluffy

Mix 60 g of gelatin with 1/4 cup -of cold water and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Boil 75 g sugar with 300 ml water
Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
pour Hot water over the bloomed gelatin and stir very well,
Add a drop of blue food coloring and flavoring of your choice and mix
