In Denmark you open your present on Christmas eve after you eaten and danced around the tree which isn't fake, thank you very much. I cant image having a fake tree, that seems so sad too me, but then again in Denmark we do have the best trees for Christmas :D Oh and the lights on the Christmas tree shouldn't be fake either, our are always real :D and James Bond and Barbie usally plays on the 24-25th, but most importantly "From All of Us, To All of You" plays on the 24th :D

I love keeping ornaments from years and years ago. Not gonna have a tree this year though. Between telling the kids over and over and over again to stop leaving their crap in the living room, including where the tree is supposed to go, and having 6 cats, and me being the only one to put up the tree, decorate it, put the decorations up after christmas is over, and to pull the tree out to the curb, I'm just not into it this year. If they can pull it all together, get it cleaned up over in that corner, bring a tree home, and set it up, that would be fine. I'm just not going to do the work this year.

And then we get on the road and drive to my other grandma's house who lives in North Carolina , which is 3 to 4 hrs away . And we stay with her for a few days .
