Hello Lynn, I can definitely build that, I have done several in the past before I starting making videos. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to get to that this Christmas season. I already have my next 3 videos lined up and I just wouldn’t be able to get to that before Christmas. If you are fine with that, I can build that after the 1st of the year. Let me know. 😄

Loved all the great tips. I do do the one with the washers for my street lamps. Someone else said a penny or two works well too. But I love the lattice idea on top of a work horse and then store lattice outside. I have no garage. Quick question, Is it possible for you to give us as lesson on planning and designing a layout? 😊 I've already started my 3 tier build you designed for next year. Just love your creativity. See you soon. Thank you.

I inherited Dept 56 houses and your videos inspired me to create my own village instead of just lining buildings in a row. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas and tips. I use APC surge protector with WiFi. Also, I use plug in LED string lights and light up streets then cover with snow and I also use that same string to hang on trees. Thank you for your great channel and looking forward to see more videos!!

Hello Miriam, I was sitting here at the computer watching The Amazing Race, when I saw the notification pop up that you had a new video. YAY! They are always a treat. I love it that people are sharing tips with you that you in turn share with us. I've said it before, you've created a fun little group who loves Christmas and especially villages. I thought it was so funny that you mentioned about sketching out plans for next year's village. Mom just told me tonight that she's already been thinking about her set up for next year. Great minds do think alike. I just can't quite think that far ahead. I have a few vague ideas but I have to get through this holiday season first. Too many tasks and not enough time. I have finished my mantle and am 99% done with my tablescape. Still have to make a scarf for a reindeer. Gee, I wonder where I got that idea from? :-) My tree was set up last weekend but still has no ornaments on it. *sigh* In addition to doing my stuff and helping Mom, I'm the designated "Party Guy" for my FT job. I made a few charcuterie boards for Black Friday, and am now working on stuff for our Christmas party. Last night, I spent the entire evening wrapping up 21 gifts that I bought (with our employee funds) for all the associates. Food shopping is next on my list. No rest for the weary. When all my decor is complete, I promise to share pictures. Thanx Miriam. Looking forward to your next video. Peace and Blessings to you and yours.

Hey Lloyd, It’s good to hear from you. I love it that Mom is thinking about next year too! 😄 Wow, you are super busy! Your job has a big demand on you during this season. I’m sure rightfully so because you are so creative and I’m sure your coworkers appreciate that. I can’t wait until you send pics of all the other decor and I really look forward to seeing your upgraded reindeer. Tell Mom I said hello and talk soon! ☺️

Thanks for the tips. Next year I'll do a better job on the cobblestone cutting and matching. I cheated and just put snow on the spots where I taped together. But I see the extra steps would make it look nicer. Love your passion for always thinking of new layouts. I've also been thinking about making some changes. Take care.

Thank you so much for showing me the website. I have it saved for future villages. I already made my village's. I'd like to send you pictures of them and see what you think. I've always used books to make mountains. For next years village's I'm going to make mountains that look like the mountains I've seen in my travels. I can't wait to get started.

Question: The vinyl cobblestone sheets are rolled up in the package. Do you have any suggestions for flattening them? A cool iron, perhaps? Figured I would ask for advice before the trial and error method begins. Thanks.
