And I just saw Toto 2 nights ago. There's something about 80's music that is untouched. The world seemed so much simpler then. Still lots of problems, but simpler.

ive had a revisiting only through a passing request for '70's' hits. ha ha....the pivotal breakthrough 5 grammies was in the 80s. Back then, i liked jazz, R&B, avantgatde ...pop love songs didnt suit me then. 30 yrs later? wow. thud. i replay 'spinning' , 'i really dont know anymore' which is completely inspiring & speaks to me now. Christopher Cross is a timeless balladeer speaking to all hearts....

No other singer songwriter has the ability to take my daily stress away just by listening to their art form. The man is to music what Einstein is to physics . He is a genius and a musical savant in my opinion. His compositions are like Gold, Angels, Sunsets, Oceans, and Heavens. If there was one album I could take with me to my death bed it would be Christoper Cross. He really holds a special place in my heart and as I get older I really appreciate more and more just how lucky I am to have enjoyed his music for my entire life. Thank you Mr. Cross for sharing your Gift and talents with the World. Your Angelic voice fills my soul with hope everyday. ❤

Amazing. I bought his first album Christopher Cross, Christopher Cross in 1980 and still have it today. I was in the U.S. Air Force and lived in the barracks at the time. The whole first floor heard this album on my Techniques stereo with tower speakers.

This is music that calms your soul, it uplifts your mood! To live in that time when this music was released and created is a joy. I love music from the 70’s, 80’s. It was about love. I grew up on music like this. Just listening to this takes you back to when life was good.

Yeah this isn't a great performance with too much singing from background singers.
