He's been in "protection mode" for so long, he's just a solid chunk of muscle tension. Dr. Michelangelo is going to need to chip away at that marble to show us the David inside of Tristan. We have an interesting journey ahead, I think. Best wishes for positive results!

Good support. Being in pain sucks - Mom’s expressions throughout tells it all. Way to go, Mom.

Seeing the subtle changes in him at each stage is fascinating - sometimes it's temperature, sometimes it's expression, sometime it's mobility, sometimes it's the eyes and increasing clarity. Thank you for the help you give your patients and the knowledge you impart to us out here in KZitem land; I learn so much and I love it.

Another VERY interesting patient of yours Dr. Rahim. So cool to see that it is not the usual stuff every time, and that even you have to really dig deep into your long time knowledge to solve these complicated cases. This is the kind of cases were you really stands in a class of your own, and for that I am really impressed. Good job - as always! Best Regards from Johan in Sweden 🇸🇪

I feel him; I know the journey. So intense. When you protect yourself all the time and it seems like this might be your last hope, it’s a heap of baggage, pain and fear coming along for the ride.

15:47 - Please let us see the reading of the scope!!! 18:36 - I feel like a giant up here! A more intimate/closer view of the hands would be appreciated :) 21:09 - I was surprised you checked again. I definitely agree with the decision to leave that whole area alone until after the sacrum adjustment at least. (I made this comment before you explained to them it was compensation which was exactly what was running through my mind from what you said earlier.) 23:27 - That was a pained expression! 23:50 - SOT guy's love it haha... (I assume) 25:15 - Important decision. 25:35 - A "little" different??? A HUGE difference! This is where, and I know it's additional work in the editing, but it would be cool if you split the screen and had the "before adjustment walk" on the left hand side, and the "after adjustment walk" on the right hand side. So the difference is obvious for the viewer. I'm sure you've seen Dr. Ian's old videos - part of what makes them so engaging, viral, etc, is the before + after edits. Maybe not all the cases need this, but for ones like this, where it's a hugely significant difference, it would be worthwhile the editing. Great job, Doc. Excited to see his progress!

He must of fell when he was a baby, if he can't remember anything, the he must of dropped on his sacrum early in life because he is 27 and already showing a sign of spinal degradations that happens over a course of 20+ years with such injuries... Common for us to all injure the sacrum that's why it's important to get kids regularly checked
