I have this saved in a video game music playlist and each time it comes up even years later I'm still impressed by this. One of my favorites

This is awesome! I would love to see you take a crack at J-E-N-O-V-A from Final Fantasy VII, or the Great Bay Temple from Zelda: Majora's Mask. The moon falling/final hours song from Majora's Mask would also be beautiful in your style. But whatever it is you make next - keep making great music! Thank you!

It's not often I find someone with as unique a taste in music as myself. I know I am going to sound bias as hell, being a part of the 80s generation as a 1980 kid =), I really think the 80s was an amazing generation and one that will be remembered for a long time. We had some really unique things that meant something that stood out that no other generation had or can understand. Love your version of this btw.

Mitsuda's first crack at an OST at Square if I remember correctly. I read he got stomach ulcers from the stress and Uematsu had to finish the last handful of tracks. It's unfortunate he doesn't get the recognition he deserves. This soundtrack is phenomenal.

thanks! the phone is just for looks, it's just playing a video file showing the midi notes. you can't overdub using this dictaphone unfortunately, everything was recorded back into my DAW to mix it afterwards. thanks for watching!
