We are children of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Just these words alone, if only partially understood should summon mountain moving faith, hope, comfort and encouragement in us, His children.

I would include : Meet with the person/people in a non-accusing method informing the person/people what you are seeing and agreeing on some changes each person can accept. No accusations! No threats!

Awesome points. I think one main issue is that we need to get to know each other better in order to avoid conflict. If we don't communicate or fellowship apart from a serving environment, we can't know what each others attributes truly are.
