Just finished up a similar install. Which model Sony laser projector are you using as well as lumens?

Hi, Sean: We ended up using two connections on each end. Because of the curvature of the wall, we couldn't use any mounting hardware in the middle of the screen casing. We used a heavy duty eye bolt in the wall/studs at each end, connecting to the case via some length-adjustable hardware. Then we added a hefty L-bracket to each end, which attached directly to sliding bolts in the screen casing. Hard to describe without pictures!

The front projector is the Sony VPL-PHZ10 5000-Lumen WUXGA Laser Projector, and the rear is a NEC NP-M353WS 3500 Lumen WXGA DLP Projector.
