My nanny Brown lived in the flats behind Church st. think it was Mulready street. Happy days as a kid. Remember a dept. store but can't remember the name.

Thank you so much for sharing went there every Saturday from 1966 until 1986 then less frequent but my mum went there every week until she passed in 2004. Happy days fond memories

Thank you so much that’s my grandad at about 6.55 I was the third generation and we stood outside the library selling household linens and then I had my own stall with net curtains later.

I’m very sure mum bought off you guys on your stall.. this was/is the best market ever🙌🏽 Wish we could go back in time .. do it again. 😞❤️

I use to have 2 children wear stall in church st In middle of the market v nic mrkt Saturday is v good sale I use to work Monday to Saturday during1992 to 2010

I remember a guy called John, he had elephantitis. All the west indian women loved him because he loved to haggle!
