Thinly sliced onions
Salt
Chilli powder
Black cumin seeds
Hung curd
Dried crushed mint
White vinegar
All the above ingredients are mixed properly
2. For Zeerish(black currant) chutney
Black currant
Salt
Melon seeds
Black cumin seeds
Hung curd
All the above ingredients are blended together to a smooth chutney or paste.
3. For Walnut chutney
They blended
Soaked walnuts
Salt
Hung curd
Black cumin seeds(shahi zeera)
4. Coriander chuntney
Corriander
Melon seeds
Salt
Green chilli
Hung curd
All the above ingredients blended
