Yes, you should boil them until they're done and when you use the potato ricer it will make them very fluffy and add a lighter texture to the meat

I watched Michele making "Pappa"? Sunday, Oct, 3rd, 2021. At the point of grilling the meat, I saw the heading: "Taliata"--- what the heck is that? Please do not butcher my native tongue. The word is, TAGLIATA!!!!! I understand that the combination of "GLI" is hard to pronounce in English because there is not such phonetic sound, however, misspelling the word is inexcusable. The word derives from the verb, "tagliare"--- Tagliata, tagliato, tagliati, or tagliate are adjectives ( femine and masculine singular and feminine masculine plural) the cut meat or any other food or object being cut. Unlike English, as most Western European languages, the adjective agrees with the noun. Please, I beg you to respect my beautiful Italian language. You obviously have an American accent and have issues pronouncing Italian words. The least you can do is spell the words correctly.
