2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Kasuri Methi
Fresh Coriander Leaves
1/4 tsp Jayphal
1/4 tsp Javitri
1 Cup Hot Water
WHOLE SPICE MIX:1 tsp Jeera
1 Cinnamon Stick
3 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Black peppercorns
6 Elachi
4 Badi Elachi

FOR GINGER GARLIC PASTE
3 - 4 Inch Ginger
1.5 Whole Garlic (20 Cloves )
