Stakeholders hold a certain amount of power over an organisation. Meeting the needs of stakeholders, and particularly those with a lot of power, is vital to continued success.
Mendelow's matrix is a way of understanding and categorising stakeholders based on their levels of power and interest.
In this video, Astranti's E-pillar expert Anthony Williams provides an introduction to Mendelow's matrix, and the ways in which it can be used in both in your OT exam (E1, E2 & E3) and case study exams.
By watching this video, Anthony will help you to understand:
+What the Matrix is, and how stakeholders can be categorised within it
+The kinds of stakeholders likely to be found in each group
+A practical example of how the matrix can be applied to a fictional business
