The entire Tri-State is under a tornado watch until 10 p.m. Tuesday evening. A tornado watch means weather conditions are right for one of these storms to develop. Continue to monitor the weather for any changes. However, if that watch turns into a warning, it means a tornado has been sighted and it's time to take cover immediately.
The Storm Prediction Center has a majority of the Tri-State under a "Moderate Risk" for severe storms, which is threat level 4 of 5, a rating we don't see very often.
