In this video I show you a trepanning cutter that I made for producing 'Lands' on copper clad circuit boards.

I like this style of construction as at provides a extremely stable RF platform with very little stray capacitance and I have been surprised by the improved quality in regard to RF hand capacity immunity, as compared with say Veroboard.
If you use a cutter like this you must clamp the board down otherwise the cutter will snatch the board and shake it around, you cannot use this type of cutter in a hand drill!
As I have already said this style of construction seems to have real merit in terms of RF stability, I've only built a few boards using this method but I'm a convert and will continue to use this in preference to strip board for any high frequency work.
The board that I'm working on in this video is for a three transistor FM transmitter, like a radio bug. I will show it in a video when I finish it.
