You forgot to mention the retromandibular vein , actually , the facial vein joins with anterior division of retromandibular vein to form the common facial vein that drains to IJV and the posterior division of retromandibular vein and posterior auricular vein joins to form EJV I think you did it to make the thing less confusing 😉 anyway good job ❤️

He just mention the continuation of retromandibular vein which is superficial temporal vein.

When the maxillary vein joins the superficial temporal vein around the area of the parotid gland it forms the retromandibular vein. The retromandibular vein will then divide into two: an anterior and posterior division. Anterior retromandibular vein will join with the facial vein to form the common facial vein which drains into the IJV. Posterior retromandibular vein along with the posterior auricular vein will form the external jugular vein
