You're right about the "ch" sound in "Cisa", but it also has a "z" sound instead of "s". Like "cheese-uh". Source: "CISA Locks" has a KZitem channel.

Great video, I am we learning as of now... haven’t gotten to dimple locks yet. Currently on American. I have a blue one a red one and a gold one. I can pick the blue consistently, struggle with the red, eventually get it tho. And I have never been able to pick the gold. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong! I couldn’t imagine picking something with some strange extra pin yet. Good job!

Hey nice. American 1100 is a big milestone! Everyone has their own style of tackling those things. I like to start with a standard hook while I'm searching for the false set. Then I switch to a steeper hook to get more direct upward force on the spools. The keyway is juuuuust a little to narrow, so 0.025" picks drag on the warding a little bit. I sanded my steep hook down to 0.023" using 600 grit sand paper and now it glides like a dream. Makes things much easier.

@@bleh222234 hmm.. that’s a good idea. I do need a steeper hook. The gold one now for whatever reason is so much more worn that a stander fits relatively good through the key way so I’ve started trying from the bottom. ( I normally slightly angle from that midway lip) the blue one will fall into a false set super easy, just get a couple of clicks and an overset ( I can feel those now yay!) I release tension ever so slightly and it falls into it then the next binder counter rotates and bada bing! With the red one it’s hard to feel what’s going on however, when it IS the last pin I can’t feel it and I know. The gold one, for some reason, is hard to feel anything. I was really discouraged in the beginning. It was my first one and I could never get it. Then as an experiment... they use American for our lockers at work so for a day I traded it for that one and I picked it one the second day! I was so excited! I ran to my wife and kids to tell them (haha) but still couldn’t get the gold. It just feels like every pin oversets. Or I get 5-10 minutes into it and I hear them all fall when I get the next binder. The first pin has really low bidding on the key so I thought that was the problem (hence the original trade) but I don’t know.. even with all the practice with the blue and red it eludes me. ... sorry for the long reply, I have no one to talk about this stuff with
