Great episode! Wish Green Bay PBS wouldn't put it on at same time as This Old House Hour but Green Bay would prefer to run BBC soaps the rest of the week.

A Sheboygan brat can only be grilled over charcoal. A pan fried brat is just a differently spiced breakfast sausage. It's fine, but it's no brat. Your taste test is a blasphemous lie. Seriously though... apart from how you prepared your brats... this is an excellent episode!
