If you or I had done this, nobody would be "calling for an investigation", we'd already be in jail on multiple charges. And yet even several days later, this woman has yet to be charged for a single crime.

This would surely be raising red flags amongst defendants and attorneys who have been involved in cases where this prosecutor acted. If there has been a demonstration of inconsistency and lack of integrity such as this, a lot of cases will need to be reviewed in case similar attitudes and inconsistencies were applied.

Would anyone else be able to speed away from a cop without an all points bulletin issued and her house being surrounded. A speeding ticket would have been the lest of the consequences of her action. An ordinary citizen would have 12 different felonies charge against them. And the Chief backed her up.

Her not pulling over was an arrestable offense and yet she was not arrested. We as a society need to get it in writing who is exempt from the law so that there is no confusion as to who is above the law.

Doorley says she will referr "traffic stop" to outside DA. Just one problem. That wasnt her authority. The city council had already unanimously decided WITHOUT her to send it to the NY attorney general and Governor. Doorely is stone cold guilty for a LOT more than just a traffic stop and shes trying to control the narrartive. She ran from the cops, disobeyed an officers commands, tried to call in favor to make an incident go away, mocked the officer and the legal process, showcased she feels entitled to breaking the law, twisting the function of the law ("ill prosecute myself"), and called higher command to "make it go away". No. This wasnt just some little traffic stop; it was the reveal of character, abuse of the law, and the need of an extensive review and call to action for any cop or lawyer or monroe county citizen she has threatened. If she can act that way to a cop? Imagine a simple person.
