First off next time I come to Alberta I’m coming to your tiny house ! Lol also I never herd of these knives I have to get one now. How much was it and his the blade durability does it stay sharp ?

There pricey, but worth it! I got mine for $80 on sale. Check out house of knives there a awesome Canadian knife shop, that’s were I got mine. As for sharpness it’s vary sharp and holds a edge well. My only complaint is it’s definitely not built for bush craft it’s more just an edc blade.

I agree, I think it's a gravity knife. House of Knives sells it. Warriors and Wonders does not. I'm Canadian and I own it.

While all of these laws are stupid and blatantly violate the fundamental human right to self-defense without someone else's permission slip, they tend to have an exception for knives that can be deployed by other means. It can be a flipper tab, a thumb stud, or in this case by pinching the exposed spine of the blade to pull it out. It's part of why they provided a cutout in the handle. The irony is that the locked-closed nature of the blade and the finger-safe closing method makes this "controversial" knife one of the safest blades available.
