It looks very nice, modern, clean and spacious place. But it looks very suburban. Very cold and isolating. Do people actually live there? If you live there, what is there to do. Is it like being stuck in a suburb. Is there a downtown core. Where do people do their shopping and get some entertainment. But it looks like it has great potential for a modern and technology-based future though.

If the buildings are DWARF, it can't be a global city like BGC. Despute its modern appearance, it's not worldclass because the buildings are DWARF. 😊
@Nundi2468

The "class" or quality of a city does not depend on the height of its buildings. Any city can be world class as long as it looks neat/clean and has high standards on its Human Development Index (HDI) like income, poverty rate, education, healthcare, services, industry, and so on... Hence your statement is quite unreliable. 😌
@JoeyZee-vs4kr

@@Nundi2468 no city is worldclass with dwarf buildings. It's only applicable with old cities like London or Paris where a high-rise looks misplaced 😊
@Nundi2468

@@JoeyZee-vs4kr Why is it only applicable with only old cities? Do you have any rational reasons? Take for example, Brasilia, the capital of Brazil. It doesn't really have a lot of skyscrapers just high-rises but the city is one of the best in Latin America, it's green well planned. Another example is Cape Town in South Africa, actually based on a survey, "one of the best cities in the world" and guess what... It also doesn't have that many skyscrapers only high-rises. So in conclusion, a city's 'class' is not defined by the height of its building wether old or new. I hope you now understand 🥰
