The departure of thousands from the port at Subic Bay, began the following Monday, June 17th. Another feature (part #in2) of this series, is now available, and it takes us onboard the outstanding Air Craft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72).
The final part of this series cover the journey of evacuees, on to MacTan Air Base, Cebu, Philippines--for customs and flight connections to Guam, Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, and on to Travis Air Force Base, California.
