The Minnesota Stormwater Seminar Series brings nationally recognized experts in stormwater management and green infrastructure to Minnesota for dialogue and discussion.
This seminar includes an invited presentation by Harry Zhang, Research Program Manager on Integrated Water and Stormwater The Water Research Foundation. Harry's keynote talk is titled, "Advancing Green Infrastructure Practices through CLASIC Life Cycle Cost and Triple Bottom Line Benefit Analysis." Following the keynote presentation is a panel discussion moderated by Andy Erickson with Panelists Ross Bintner (Engineering Services Manager for the City of Edina), Mike Kinney (District Administrator for the Comfort Lake-Forest Lake Watershed District), Tim Olson (Water Resources Project Manager at Bolton & Menk) and Harry Zhang (keynote speaker).
