Tiramisu Recipe, for a rectangular container of 33 x 21 centimeters, by 4.5 cm high.
For the syrup:
Granulated sugar: 200 grams,
Water: 60 grams
For the cream and the rest of the dessert:
Egg yolks: 4 units,
Mascarpone Cheese (Well chilled): 500 grams,
Heavy cream (Very cold, at least 35% fat): 250 grams,
Coffee: Strong, bitter, and cold: 400 grams.
