Pretty rough stuff, it's lucky to be in your hands now to make it right! You love the cutting and welding really, proper man's escapism project!

Thanks for the support! It’s good to be back. And frankly, I really miss driving it lol. But yeah, things do take a priority in life.

Definitely worth doing properly I brought a Mayfair a few years ago looked like it needed a patch to the rear quarter and rear boot floor repair and over sills removing now three or four years later I have replaced inner and outer sills both sides drivers side fitch drivers a panel and most of the boot floor and most the drivers side front floor pan and I’m still finding little bits

I thought I’d gotten rid of all of the horrendous repairs after I’d finished the floor and boot on mine, at least once I’ve done with it I’ll know it inside and out. So will KZitem haha

Mini Tom or Tim in joke from whatsapp lol, Good honest video with no frills or BS just to the point and calling a spade a spade as it is in real life No buttery shots or editing tricks but 100% real which some you tubers should take note of, This is real life Tom and glad to see you calling out bodged repairs for what they are unsafe but still being sold on as accidents waiting to happen. good to see you back. Cheers Dave

Thanks Dave! That’s a massive compliment and means a lot. I do try to keep things as real as they are, as always, I do these so others can try get an insight into what they might face rather than more entertainment. That said, I do like a buttery shot lol, I just can’t replicate them 🤣 so many bodges uncovered to date on this car, but hopefully I’m at the end of them now. Thanks for the support Dave!!

Good luck lol. It’s not too bad once everything straightens out. But I would 100% recommend fitting heritage scuttle and wings. I had the magnum wings and a magnum cut of a scuttle and the fit and lines are horrendous…miles out compared with heritage

This is true tbf, also why I’ve never really liked the idea of them. Plus steel extends to fit better and not rattle 🤣
