You're existing in the year 2023 and you have to either enjoy it, or be miserable. If you want to only listen to 35 year old music that's your choice, but if it were 1989 you'd have to hope that the VCR doesn't eat your tape, and you remembered to edit out the commercials, because you have to wait a week for the next Headbangers Ball episode

I do remember (because it is burned in my thinking meat) the episode that Riki was actually pissed off over a video that became the number one skull crusher of the week. It was a song from Trixter! I thought Riki was gonna throw his pool cue at the camera, LOL. I also remember when Rob Zombie came by and painted some really epic wall art for the set. I do wonder whatever became of it? So many amazing and legendary metal acts were on the Ball, and it was awesome. Maiden, Priest, Metallica, Pantera, and the list goes on. To go along with the Trixter thing, why Bon Jovi, White Lion, or even Winger were on the Ball, they were SO NOT metal!
