RIP Ole Anderson. Still remember him from when I was a kid. Pleasure to watch his matches and interviews on KZitem as an adult where I could appreciate it more. He was right about the McMahons and it's a shame what wrestling has become.

Ole Anderson was one of the very best. He was able to leave wrestling heathy, with alot of money and was never a mark for himself. He treated it like a business and made money his entire career. And he was right about Vince McMahon.

Honestly Ole comes across really good in this interview, I think it's safe to say that his health went very downhill by the time he did his other interviews. It actually seems like he doesn't realize how interesting his story actually is and it seems like he thinks no one wants to listen to him but that's absolutely not true.

About the 47-49 min mark...what he is talking about is Meltzer and the Wrestling Observer HOF lol. He's referring to that classic interview available on YT where he streamrolls Meltzer for about 20 glorious minutes lol

The older I get the more I appreciate the old timers . I want authenticity not pomp and circumstance . Wrestling , the sport should still be the cornerstone of the business and not this show biz implausible cirque du soliel childish nonsense they push today . I am not attracted to trash TV at my age .

At 16 minutes 41 seconds the recording gets very choppy in the middle of Ole telling a story about Stu and him going into his girl lodgers house. Then after about a minute you can hear Ole say: "I hope that doesn't get me in trouble". So we don't get to hear the story 🙁. Was that the original recording quality?
