*For Cream| 250 gr mascarpone
250 gr whipping cream
2 whole eggs
One teaspoon Vanilla
2-3 tablespoon freshly grounded coffee
1/2 cup boiling water
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
15 Lady finger cookies for a 21-centimete springform pan.
I used the side of 26--centimeter springform pan and doubled the amount of cream and ladyfinger cookies.
