This is great but a friendly reminder that you should not attempt to reach the notes that she is doing here if you haven't done so before. She is clearly modifying warm ups CONSTANTLY to not over do it and hurt her voice and body and is repeating and descending to relax her larynx and tune notes. Remember that appropriate practice makes progress and that she has been doing this for YEARS.

I’m really enjoying this warmup 💗 Both my speaking and singing voice is so similar to yours (I’m a high soprano and I have a bright, light and delicate voice) and this is probably the reason why I love everything you sing and explain in every single video. My voice and my whole body feels so “energised” after singing along with you during the warmups 🎶☺️🌌 You’re an amazing teacher and singer! Happy singing everyone! 🎵🦋

Hello one question. Well, let me explain first ... A few months ago I took opera singing classes, but because of what is happening now I stopped going I want to resume my practice and that is why I came here, I liked the exercises too much I wanted to know if they taught me the technique, which is to lower the larynx and raise the palate Do you lower the larynx and raise the palate? And also on the diaphragm, not putting pressure on the diaphragm, just letting the air out?

You will know that the secondo passaggio is the point at which there is a break into head voice, so listen for the change in tone and that will be where your break is.

Listen to what she says at the end @ 19:40. So essentially we are talking about scales, arpeggios, octaves, fifths, fast, slow, staccato, legato, different vowels and consonants, and sing mezzo forte for the most part. Experiment and monitor your sound and technique etc. But I do think her first few exercises can generally apply.
