I do this 5 times a week. It is the best thing you can do to really become super strong. Especially in your core! Its changed my life and I love it!!!!!!!! BTW.. you have a beautiful strong body!

Awesome. Thank you for sharing. Is there a reason why your arms are off the mat during the coordination instead of elbow pin to the mat?

No, by the time of that practice, that’s the way I learned with the MI who I took my certification. Later I learned with the elbows on the mat that personally I felt you can get deeper in your power house
