Thanks a lot! The Karmann Ghis is really timeless - and I am absolutely adoring this colour. The Audi 80 is a very rare piece - you don't get to see them this often anymore.

Hi Sven - really like the Karmann Ghia in that gold colour! Cheers for the shout out - the Morris Minor certainly is a quintessential British classic car. Never seen a Chrysler Newport but I really like it

Hi Mike & Maia! The Karmann Ghia is in such a marvelous colour! Absolutely loving it! Never seen it in this colour before. I don't think it was an original colour from VW or Karmann but it suits it really very well. Always glad to do a shout out to the people I know - hope it will also lead some people to watch your videos although I am thinking my channel is only a small light in the KZitem universe. The Morris Minor is really like you're saying! I don't see them this often - unlike in the videos from you and Glyn. But it also just reminds me about you guys (and girl, hehe). I've seen a couple of Chrysler Newport but very rarely. The most US cars are Ford or Chevy over here. The old Chryslers are really rare to see. I also couldn't remember what it is ... just saw the C on the grill and then I thought "oh yeah, the 300 letter series". So wrong I've been, hehe.

Thanks a lot JT! The Mercedes SLC on steroids is really a very cool race car. I totally love the color on the Karmann Ghia. It's really looking wonderful on it. The Toyota Celsior I did only remember as Lexus LS400 - we officially never got it with the Toyota badge. This here is looking like a Japan import. The Chrysler Newport is also an amazing looking car - great condition and beautiful cars. Unfortunately I only rarely see classic Chrysler cars. Ford, Chevrolet and Dodge is much more popular about classics, followed by Plymouth. But old Chryslers are like unicorns over here. Hehe, I was expecting the Corvette is your favorite. But the SLC is definately also a great choice. I bet it was a hard race with a close finish ;-) Have a great day, too.

Hello Sven, thanks for the mention. The SLC are quite a rare car more SL were made so good to see. See its got reccaro seats. Reccaro have just recently gone into administration so whether or not they will be rescued we will have to wait and see. I like the gold colour of the Karmann Ghia. It reminds me of a Corniche i went to look at for sale. I have always like the LS400, lovely cars and long lasting but expensive to maintain i understand. I was surprised to see it with the Toyota badge but the Lexus name was really to market it to America Luxury Exports to the US(Lexus). The tell tale signs of a car from JDM, the bumper corner post so they can judge where the corner is on parking , its also got the lace covered seat cover on the tops of the seats. They also like to have blinds and square number plates. Nice Prelude i think these were the nicer style. Some came with 4 wheel steering i think. I do like the Golf cabriolet. i spy a nice cl coupe in the background.

You're welcome Glyn :-) The SLC is really rarer compared to the SL. Which is a good thing about the price when you don't care whether to drop the top or not - then the coupe is a nice decision for sure with a better price. But still driving a wonderful Mercedes. I also read about Recaro. The alloy wheels manufacturer BBS also recently gone into administration. Let's hope these companies and brands will survive. The colour on the Karmann Ghia is really wonderful - really loving it. I've seen an SL (R107) at the last Classics & Coffee in September also in such kind of a colour. It really stands out but without being too fancy. Very elegant. I also always liked the Lexus LS400 and I was as same surprised to see it with the Toyota badge there. I did know about the Toyota Celsior from my trip in 2004 to Perth (Western Australia) where I've seen it the first time. Ah that's what the post on the corner post of the bumper is for ... I was already wondering. Yeah, exactly, the 3rd gen. of the Prelude was also offered with AWS (all wheel steering). I always liked the design of the Prelude, even the much unloved fourth generation (which looked cool but well, it didn't look like a Prelude which was the only downside). I missed to film the CL because I missed almost the entire line of cars there and when I was back there it was empty because people left earlier (what I should have done, too ... because at the nearby stadium was a soccer match of two big clubs - so plenty of people around and lots of detours and stuck traffic - took me a long time to leave just the corner around the museum).
