Im a Christian and I don't hate gays, I don't agree with the lifestyle but i don't hate ppl who choose to be that way. And I respect that choice. ---I just I don't get how he can say "im still a Christian" when the Bible says "no homosexual shall enter the kingdom of heaven" It takes more then just believing, it takes actually living it.

Why do you think children are born with one arm, are other defects. Did God do that or did they choose?

I completely agree. Unless Clay repents & doesn't live in his Sin anymore he won't be in Heaven. The Bible is clear on that. I don't support homosexuality either. I don't support all this garbage transgender stuff too. He isn't a true Christian while living in Sin he knows is wrong.

Clay is a beautiful human being. I can't believe all these negative comments. Get a grip people!! It's his life. Why don't you all look yourselves in the mirror before you go judging others. From Clay's audition, he already had the confidence with his singing. It's the same confidence & kindness that he'll carry through life. He will also pass these life lessons to his son. Clay you still have many fans out there!! Wish you would make more albums & tour again!! I'd love to see you in concert someday!!!!! :) XOXO

Too bad AI saw fit to ruin your unbelievably successful career because you tried to advise Kelly when she solicited your help. Please come back to us. WOW. "Issues" don't cause a person to be gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered. The person is born that way. They do not choose that path. None of us CHOOSE that path. I myself am a bisexual female with a girlfriend, but do you think I CHOSE to be bisexual? No, I did not. I chose to have a girlfriend, not to be who I am, something that is so a part of me that it cannot be changed. Who would CHOOSE discrimination and hate? Why would anyone want that?

@MrsMollyMalloy That's HEBREW pre-christian law. Jesus never spoke on homosexuality. Christianity is by definition open to all.

@86thislove How exactly is Jaymes Foster's age when (if) her son decides to have children relevant? Unless he requires mother Jaymes or father Clay to babysit, it's not even relevant whether she or Clay is still alive. You seriously need to think about your argument before writing, and check your math too. 90 years old? Hardly. And really, why should anyone care if you find it disgusting? Are you contributing money, love or time?
@cutemikey

@86thislove I don't understand your point. What kind of math did you use to get 90 y/o? She is 50. Are you saying that kid won't have children until he is 40? US data says you're likely wrong. As for Clay's career, maybe he values parenthood more than singing at this point of life. Why use your superficial priorities to judge him??? BTW, learn to use a calculator.

@cutemikey Trust me. She'll be pretty old by the time this kid reaches 30. Also I feel pretty bad for Clay because his early years are the best years to make something of himself

why do people think gayness is so bad? its their choice so why should we care. i mean who are we to say its wrong. if someone finds a person that truly makes them happy, no matter what sex, how is that bad? i mean who really knows happiness these days. me personally, i still like clay and i always will. he has a lovely voice and is a wonderful person. ithink him coming out has made him even better. he's being truthful to himself and the whole world. good for him

@Shadi1007 I'm a professor of Social Work, and am monitoring this story. You do seem ignorant of the research. The data not only show that gay parenthood is not harmful, but actually helps raise more intelligent, educated and happier children (because their mind is more open). And a recent study shows children of lesbian parents actually do better than average children. Money and love, which they have, do contribute to a good life. My professional opinion is that the kid will do very well.

@Shadi1007 Okay, you don't know these people, so on what are you basing your post? Certainly not facts or research. I belong to a parent's group where there are several gay parents, and a wide age range, and they are as good as my wife and me, and sometimes better. I speak from experience but you speak from prejudice and ignorance. Talk about "personal agenda!" You should go to a therapist to see why your life is so empty that you need to judge others. Certainly, it's not to help the kid.

@WalkHisTrail4Life The Bible I was taught is timeless and we are not allowed to choose whatever is conveniient for our times. If it clearly says that people should be put to death for certain acts, then that is the law. I refuse to kill my children for cursing me, even if they don't apologize. That's why I'm no longer a Christian. Or a hypocrite.

What the hell. Clay is only half the interview. The real interview woulod be "Hey 50 year old lady, what the hell are you doing having a baby with a "friend" and living sometimes in L.A., Raleigh and N.Y.?" Then wait for her response and then ask "Would you have done the same thing with a "friend" that worked at Food Lion?" Cash is a great motivator...
