I respectfully disagree. It took one whole season longer than it should have for Clay to get what he deserved, and I was glad to see it. At that point all Sutter did was replace one villain with another - he replaced Clay with Jax. Jax started out as an outlaw biker with a good heart who truly wanted to do the right thing for himself and his family, but he got caught up in 'the power of the gavel' and all of the dealings that came with it, and in the end he was just like Clay. He knew it, and he also knew the only way to stop it was to die, hence the ending. Best series in the history of television, IMHO.

this scene right here mustve been so tense and emotional to film, you can see the emotion and hurt in everyones face they knew this was the final moments for perlman as clay. & the way charlie handled this situation this season, cold shouldering perlman the whole time on set just to prepare for this moment. you can see the hurt in his eyes while filming this particular scene
@salsanchez4177
2 жыл бұрын
Its just phenomenal acting. Perlman has repeatedly said in interviews that he had not been a part of the show for awhile by the time this scene was filmed. He was not close to the cast anymore since he had moved on to other work and had not filmed with them in quite some time. They're just REALLY good actors, i guess.

Out of all the deaths on the sons of anarchy, Tara's death at the end of season 6 was the most brutal and vicious in my opinion
@traveller4790
Жыл бұрын
Agreed. When Gemma killed Tara it left me stunned. I just sat there looking at the TV going "WHAT? WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED?" That was easily the most brutal kill on the show because of both how it was done and who it was done to. The most heart wrenching kill was when Jax killed Gemma. That just tore me up. You could see in his eyes that Jax still loved his mom, but he knew that he had to do and he did it. Jax was a lost cause by this time anyway.

Fourth time Rotf. I liked it but barely made it through the 1st. It’s better then most shows but ALL these shows have the same crazy left field scenarios that drive me nuts.. See what I’m saying Brother? Yes it’s a good show but it’s the way that Hollywood does it that is /cringe. Just what Clay did to Donna alone woulda had the whole club turn on him..

Jerr Bear Yeah, Hunnam’s reaction is a masterclass of acting, you can just feel everything breaking inside layer by layer. I think Tara was in the right for a lot of things. The issue was that she wanted to be Gemma but also be herself and in the end she had an identity crisis over who she really was.
