I am enjoying going back to older videos- from your early decluttering days. Why? Because this is where I am in my great challenge journey. I’m looking forward to the day that I am on the 2019 level. Thank you Sofia!

I love the way your desk overlooks the staircase and how the window brings in the natural light right in front of you. So many times our desks are up against a wall and our view is blocked off from everything except or computer screens and some photos maybe. That's a real treat. I also like the way you have put to great use all the available space in the room. I am going to use some of these ideas if you don't mind to cozy up my space as well. It looks great by the way and thanks for sharing........

I loved this video. I have a very similar problem with my master bedroom and I was happy to see, that I`m not the ONLY one. This motivated me to start moving things arround and to declutter. When ever I was looking for tips on youtube according that matter, I got so frustrated, because most of the videos show either a dump or a perfect, perfect bedroom. So, thank you Sophia! This helped a lot.

Great vid, as usual. I love how you keep everything so real and down to earth. Your home makes me feel comfortable. Im glad you found your pens. I could tell how excited that made you. You are one of my all time favorite people to watch on YT. I get so excited each time I see a new vid. Thank you for all you do. Happy Thanksgiving to you and our family.

I watch your channel, gather ideas and become motivated! Thank you for taking the time to make these videos because I can only imagine how difficult it is to clean and record yourself Lol!

Happy you found your favorite pen, that is a nice cozy spot for school work. I like how you go though the thought process in projects and cleaning, you helped me get my living room and kitchen under control this past few days. I had a cabinet I was afraid to tackle for years and after watching your videos I finally did it. My family was very proud. Thank you, now next week, the bedroom.

I have loved your videos for a while but have decided to binge watch them today :) I admire you so much! I really want to be like you in the sense that you can do like anything your self, like installing shelves, moving heavy furniture, and being a really great homemaker! I'm getting married in a month and moving into my first apartment and I'm so excited to rewatch these videos and get inspiration in my own home :)

Sophia, if you don.t mind a suggestion. I was left a corner curio cabinet, by my late mother in law. Loved her, hated the cabinet, I decided to paint it with black chalk paint, then took sand paper and distressed it then applied wax, now it has to be my most cherished piece of furniture! I think if you tried it on the pieces you don't like, you may change your mind. That may be just the compromise for both you and your hubby. Red drapes would be perfect. I also think if you moved the mirrored piece to the corner between the closet and the window, it would balance the room better, if you have the space for it. I, like so many others, enjoy all your videos.

Love your videos, Sophia, look into the cordless Electrolux vacuum. I love my Electrolux vacuum, small cordless vacuum, love it!! I have a central vacuum system in my house and it is a pain to carry the huge hose all around the house and upstairs so I only do that once a month. Then I use the Electrolux daily, it is also great for throw rug, a with a regular vacuum the rug gets suck into the beater bar thingy. Electrolux has a beater bar, most cordless vacuum don't and it has a detachable duster buster too!

In the UK Dyson vacuum cleaners are very popular - good suction - and they do smaller cylinder versions, might be worth a look, if you change it in the future. Your room looked very nice and cosy after all your hard work. I know you used the vertical storage of t-shirts etc in your closet - will that work in your mahogany drawers? you could put your summer ones to the back and swop with the seasons. This system is seems to keep the drawers a lot tidier for a lot longer (from experience!) I was willing you to put the little drawers at the side of your bed lol! Lorna from UK

Another great video! You are so real and down to earth! I hope you share about going back to school. I'm actually an LMSW pursuing clinical licensure, so I'd love to hear about your plans. I'm also back in school for another graduate degree! I guess I'm going to be a professional student! LOL! TFS!

MsMaliB Me too! I am going for my LCADC. When I earned my Master's in Forensic Psych, it was not considered a mental health degree at the time, so I could not be licensed, but after 14 years in the field, my only hope for continued growth is the license. I picked that one instead of going back for a second Master;'s. I m doing 9 classes online and I still have 11 to take in person, then the written and the oral test. Thank goodness I have all the hours and the supervision out of the way.

How awesome that you found a way to pursue the licence without having to go through another graduate program! That is a great field; I work in a psychiatric hospital where we treat people with mental illness and chemical dependency; there is a great need for more professionals to work with that population. Good luck to you!

Still motivating anyway especially as that is our main problem at home at the moment, we are not in a position to redecorate till next year (we have damp walls that the landlord needs to sort, we are allowed to paint though), I am not happy with the way the furniture is right now, My OH takes over the desk and wardrobe! He is great but I need to fight for space! I am no saint either I am sure he will be happy if I move my stuff from the bathroom and bedroom so he can actually open the door! I put my clothes on the chair, bed ...ok hands up the, floor too! I am going to be decisive for once and plan the rearrange for tomorrow am!
