The cleanup after your firework show is just as important as the setup and execution! A cooldown period before you approach the fireworks is always a must. I waited about 15 minutes before approaching my fireworks and still had a cake go off about 20 minutes after the show ended. We start by putting out fires and checking for unfired products. This usually involves only me being on the field until I give the all-clear position by position. We got rained on during clean up, so I stopped recording to focus on finishing faster. The day after the show, I also do a site sweep. The goal is to find any unfired product and leave no trace that we shot fireworks at the location. We used a golf cart with a yard sweeper to help pick up debris and manually sweep the taller grass. We only found one charge that did not go off.
