If you just love buying things and dont care about them when they actually come, just immediately donate the stuff. I'm sure there are plenty of homeless shelters, women's shelters, or just good ol thrift stores that would love the stuff. Can't hate on how you spend your money but put the stuff to good use!

They don’t fully believe they’re a hoarder as they’re both classist, as well as rich. In their mind, a hoarder is somebody living in squalor or with waste and similar piled up to the ceilings. I think perhaps as they see their possessions as purchases as signs of being wealthy and successful. In addition, they have money to afford nice places to keep their hoard, they constantly move to bigger houses and designate more rooms as well as space to the hoarding, and professionals such as cleaners to clean up after them (otherwise I believe it would be a type of squalor also).
@hlevin7419

Tbh I wouldn’t consider this a serious case of hoarding… obviously some of that is dumb af to keep, but it isn’t like it’s so much that’s it’s consuming their life. Hopefully Trisha will get rid of some of this but I also do understand how they grew up without most of these lunxurys (example: $88 crop tops)

@@Pat_-lu5eq therapy doesn’t fix everything lol, and even what it can fix the person doing the therapy still has to be well enough to maintain their positive changes and not backslide. It can be very hard to deal with root causes especially when they’re systemic like trauma. Often the start goal is to keep a person safe, and part of that can be accepting them when they hold on to coping mechanisms that aren’t exactly healthy, like over spending, or promiscuity, or comfort eating so that they feel able to break away from more extreme risk taking behaviour. But let’s face it, this is completely normal behaviour under capitalism I can’t tell you how many ‘haul’ videos I’ve seen.

My husband and I do this with each other when we get overwhelmed with ADHD clutter. The person with the clutter compiles everything, and then the other person plays gopher and puts things away. I can’t explain what emotion it is- close to jealousy or spite- but seeing Trish wear McDonalds visors or buy a Doordash bag really bothers me. As someone who has worked full-time minimum wage jobs to afford food and rent… it’s repulsive to watch her in her mansion with all her stuff basically cosplay a minimum wage worker. I know its not that deep and she just likes the brand, but I can’t help my emotions regarding it. Putting on that visor reminds me of 12 hr shifts, sore knees from standing, and disappointing paychecks…and for her its a fun accessory to pair with her gucci crap
@chloeharris9615
3 жыл бұрын
Honestly so glad someone said it. I keep my hats and lanyards from those jobs as a token to remind myself how far I’ve come in life. Sense now I have a better job. Those jobs are so hard but I’ve also learned so many things from them, and learned to respect people in those jobs so much more. Someone just buying that hat for fun is almost a slap in the face. I mean it’s her money she can spend it how she wants. At the end of the day it doesn’t physically do anything to me, but it still invokes certain feelings.

As a MAN I don’t understand how Moses can have her just have all this shit in the house it’s beyond me . It makes me question Moses . UNLESS this room is a specific room from Trisha . But if this is like the front room .. this is weird . It’s like Moses is just going with the flow of trishas life

It's Trisha's house, KZitem career, etc. It's Trisha's world and Moses is just living in it, and he seems happy with that. I'm jealous of Trisha's relationship dynamic with Moses. I wish I was a boss lady with a man-servant for a fiance. lol

It would be wild if there was a house where every item you see in stores and think “who on earth would buy this?” had that item. Just the gaudiest collection of tacky, hideous stuff inside and outside of the house dropping the property value of everyone that lives in the neighborhood with each purchase.
