I like this video because it is a good starter video for a new servo motor project.

Hi!, We are working with clear path sc motors but we are not sure which controller is compatible for them?

Hi Aehsas, Thanks for your question. ClearPath SC is the fully software-controlled series in the ClearPath family of servo motors. ClearPath SC servos use a continuous connection to most any Windows or Linux host PC. You write your application program in C++ or C#, using our sFoundation class library, which runs on the Windows/Linux PC. This PC acts as the master controller, sending high level commands to the ClearPath SC through the SC-4 Hub (which conditions the signals, provides noise immunity, and allows you to daisy-chain up to 16 axes to one port) using USB or high-speed RS-232. You can use multiple ports for incorporating even more axes (3 ports would control up to 48 axes). ClearPath SC is also compatible with many popular single board computers, such as the Raspberry Pi or BeagleBone Black. For more information on controlling SC with either of those, check out this video: kzitem.info/news/bejne/s22YzXWlaXd6gX4 For diagnostics information, configuration, and tuning of ClearPath SC, you should use our free ClearView software (Windows compatible). The sFoundation library, ClearView, and all other ClearPath SC resources can be accessed from our Getting Started page, here: www.teknic.com/products/clearpath-brushless-dc-servo-motors/model-support-sc-dc/ Hope this helps and please feel free to give us a call (585-784-7454) or leave us a message at www.teknic.com/contact/ if you have any questions.
