Hi Radhi- I just wanted to say that watching your videos hearing these warm meaningful conversations has brought so much comfort and solace to my heart. I am someone who has a stress disorder and growing up in school and university was quite difficult, my symptoms left me shy for years. Not being able to understand my symptoms I faced a lot of verbal bullying and judgements because others just believed I didn’t want to speak to them and didn’t understand why I wouldn’t want to do what they did, dress up and have fun, why I was alway quiet and never opened up unaware I was trying to understand the symptoms of my disorder. It was only in the past 5 years I have slowly learned to understand, become self aware, and manage my symptoms/ impairments. Your wholesomeness and compassion turns any sadness I am feeling into a smile when I watch your videos so thank you. ❤🙏💕
