The Cleveland RTA red line is a 31 kilometer heavy rail metro line that runs east-west through the city of Cleveland. It's easternmost terminus is Cleveland's international airport making the metro an important connection between central Cleveland and the airport. The line opened in 1955 and has been extended 2 times in its history. The ridership is relatively low for an urban metro line but it does its job well. The rolling stock are coupled pairs of Tokyu HRVs which have a silver livery. The trains are old and the line is in need of some love but it is definitely an adequate rail link for the city of Cleveland. The price per person is 2.50$ which is normal for the US. The frequency is every 15 minutes which could be better but with the line's ridership it is an adequate headway. I would recommend it if its convenient for you but the line is nothing special.
