Slow motion footage of climb and conventional milling. You can see the differences of chip evacuation with the two different processes.
There's definitely a lot of room for improving surface finish here, but the aim of the video was to show in slow motion how the chips are formed as an aid to new machinists.
The consensus is that two or three flute cutters, slower feed with coolant work better in aluminium. I'll post a video of this to show just how this would improve the finish.
