This was the first time taking the Insta360 One X2 climbing and I have some thoughts:
1. Climbing with the camera and the selfie stick was only minimally invasive and would be less invasive had we tilted the camera further back or were climbing steeper terrain.;
2. The shots are good, but I'd try to shoot in the shade or at least with the sun not directly opposing the wall (the shadows are distracting);
3. If you are going to climb with the Insta360 One X2 you need lens covers, we scratched the covers and would have scratched the lenses, had I not had the lens covers;
4. You should use the invisible selfie stick, as the knobs on this stick are distracting; and
5. Ideally you would use the back bar and the invisible selfie stick (I'll try that another time).
Other than those thoughts, I thought it got some cool angles and it was fun to try something different.

Jeff and I went out for a day of climbing for my 39th Birthday. Man, I'm getting old.

River Run was a really decent multi-pitch sport route with consistent vertical to overhanging terrain mixed with some really good Bow Valley Slab. We walked off, but the route is rappable. I don't know why you would rap it, given the easy descent. As an FYI, this route is much easier than The Early Worm: • The Early Worm 11a - 6...
