San Junipero. This was the only episode of Black Mirror that made me cry. It was so sad and beautifull but also so comprehensibly. All this feelings you have in this young age, this uncertainty and this love! And than the contrast of themself being old in just a second after being in San Junipero. My Mom worked in a retirement home and I visited her sometimes after school. I had the same kind of feeling when I met some of the old people there and seeing a picture of them in my age. But its hard to realize how fast life passes by because for me as a kid being old was so far away that I could'nt even imagine how that would be like. But this episode made me understand how fast life goes on because you can allready see how life will be after just being in the time of your life. Life is to short. Thats a good saying but it's just that. A saying. With a meaning I can't understand before walking the path of life. I think it needs more movies like San Junipero so that it is easyer to understand how important it is to live in the present sometimes. Maybe I interpret to much in this and it just wanted to be a nice story. Nevertheless I reayli liked San Junipero for being more for myself than just a nother entertaining episode.

It was a warm Summer night, a few years ago, just as I was beginning a relationship. We were at the top of a hill, looking down at the gorgeous city lights and skyline, then I played this music and hugged her tightly, for at least half the duration this piece we didn't say a word, just embraced. After we finished, I remember saying "I've needed this hug for ages" As an extremely shy youngster, I hadn't been with a girl in over 10 years... I had dreamt about it daily... That relationship is over now, but those were good times... Good times.

When I heard this song in black mirror, I was overwhelmed by a deep sadness. I lost my mom last year. Time is an illusion, as nothing determines time. We just try to determine what we do with what we were given. I don't want to leave this world behind but I know it's inevitable. So I make the most of what I can, I find happiness in the smallest of things.

This track fits perfectly with the scene from San Junipero and I always hum it to myself. Makes me think when I was a kid, I was on the beach in the evening with my mom and sister watching the sunset and playing in the waves. This song means so much and I cant even describe why. Everytime I listen to it I get this overwhelming feeling of being lost but also of beeing at the exact place where I need to be. This song makes everything look so big but small at the same time. I feel existence in its purest form and also the emptiness of it. It feels beautiful and melancholic all at once. Nonetheless, this song connects me to the deepest and most mysterious places in our universe. Whatever everything is and where it came from, nobody knows, but this piece of music gives us a glimpse of it. ❤️

probably my favorite track that carries that ethereal feeling, it's just so good. Not only does it emphasize the eternal nature of San junipero and the digital heaven that it represents but it also uses the synth chords to carry on the 1980s setting. Furthermore, I just love how it sounds like it's going in reverse, a place where you can become young again. truly a ttack that reaches deep into the soul and reflects this aching need for what could have been but also how it is a tragic venture.

My grandmother, my nani, left us three days ago. She was wheelchair ridden for the last ten years of her life, and partially immobile for much longer before that. She was fiercely loving, did a lot - far beyond her physical means - to make her family feel cared for, she loved to cook, spent her afternoons reading crime novels in Hindi, and smelled like cloves. She lost her husband a year after I was born - in 1993, and I don’t remember a single day when she wouldn’t miss him; making sure I knew what my nana was like, his evening routine, his favourite food, the things he’d say to her to make her laugh. She’s gone now. And somehow I found myself thinking of San Junipero, of how magical it’d be if she could feel what it’s like to be young again, free and healthy, running around the beach with my grandfather, living everything she spent so long just pining for. This song will now always make me think of her, and how pointless so much of my life feels - my job, my routine, the things that held me back from seeing her as much as I should have - now that she has left.

Tear Shaped Synths. Is what someone said in the comments. And that’s what this makes me feel. There was a love that I once tasted; and due to a Society of circumstances I was never able to fully experience it. So I had to walk away, and never look back. Even when they reached for me. And sadly I got the call that they had passed away. In that moment I knew the depth of my love for them. And this was the first melody that came in my head. I listened to this for weeks. They were my Junipero, so in another lifetime we’re together, we will be. And we will reign in love. Forever. And a lifetime.

The best thing about black mirror is the lingering effect each episode has on you. Especially the really good ones. If u want to have a full experience I recommend u do this: max the volume, then you're gonna lay down and put the phone's speakers inside ur mouth, close your eyes and block your ears with ur hands. There u go

The way I see things, the perfect mix between cinematography, music (specially this song), a great script and an almost flawless performance by Mackenzie Davis and Gugu Mbatha-Raw is what makes this episode so unique. It is also impossible not to feel a lump in the throat as the song begins because you remember all of the implications this episode has: dreams, memories, life and death, getting older and think about the things that you wish you did in the past...Idk, there are so many things this episode makes me feel and I love it

It's a brilliant piece of television and art - made this 40 year old straight male cry like a baby. This is the only place in the world I'd admit that - not even my wife knows I wept like a baby to that episode, I'm just glad I watched it alone. I can't believe it came from the mind of Charlie Brooker as he's usually so cynical. Darkly funny, but deeply cynical and nihilistic.

This evokes so many emotions within, all at once. Although everytime I hear this song I cant help but to feel as if Im not supposed to be here........... It makes me feel welcome but at the same time alienated . Warm and comforting yet lost and alone. I'm here but really am I? What am I? Who am I? Why am I here? Im just floating on by this journey we call life controlled by one thing. Time

This episode was one of the bests episodes from Black mirror along with 'White Christmas' and it reminded me of a movie I watched a while back '' The Fountain" one of my favorite movie of all time in fact the both soundtracks are composed by Clint Mansell an absolute Legend... the message of both were the same that 'Life is brief and death is inevitable so live happily and cherish every moment cause we never we know when death will take us.....

Sombre. Sometimes when I've had a long day at work, or when things don't go how I've planned I listen to this. It reminds me that the only thing that truly matters in life isn't your job, the next deadline or "success". It's about the moments you have connecting with people, creating relationships, experiences, and helping others. It helps me reflect on what I really need to focus my time on and let go of the distractions we're bombarded with on the day to day. Sometimes we forget to sit and listen to the world - how the leaves blow in the wind, the sunrise on an early morning drive to work. So many things we overlook daily because we're on autopilot. It's good to know other people seem to feel like this in the comments and really resonate with the energy from this masterpiece.

missing someone from a past life. the bitter sweet essence of a beautiful moment past. The last attempt to enjoy it when you gradually open your eyes to its echo.

Everyone who liked this episode should play a game called SOMA. It raises the same questions, like, is copied consciousness is inferior to the original. Or what happens to original when you "transfer" the consciousness. Even though it's a horror genre game, the real fear comes not from monsters or screamers, but from the atmosphere and philosophical thoughts in this world as well some choices you make.

Hi, I am Vincenzo Flora a composer of soundtrack. When I hear for the first this composition I feel the same emotion that I feel sometimes, the same emotion that sometime I try to comunicate into my tracks, thanks a lot Clint, but this speaks about solitude, this is what I feel when I hear your musics, we are not alone.

Driving along a sea side road with a cabrio car at dusk, a warm wind and clear sky. There is a beautiful lady sitting in the car. Some shops on the road with colorful neon lights. No wars, no fights, no politics no inflation. You are listening this amazing composition. You feel the freedom, You feel the love...
