@Sunakoart

The ones I use are really basic and simple custom brushes, just round brushes with nothing particularly fancy going on in the settings. If you learn the basics of the brush settings menu you should be able to make similar ones really easily, but they are available through my patreon if you want my exact ones. I was actually going to include how to make a brush like the one I used in this tutorial, but the video already became way too long unfortunately so I had to cut out that part. If there's enough interest in it I could make a video all about how to make custom brushes, and include the tad bit more complicated stuff too like grass or foliage and textures! :)

I been rewatching this tuto a few times and I would love to ask you if it’s possible to see a more detailed painting and lineart tutos in the future. About the painting one, it would be amazing to see how to make color bending look smooth and beautiful and where do you recommend to use hard brushes or airbrushes. I’m practicing with cell shading atm but when I try to bend colors my drawings look just horrible :’) In the lineart tuto would be interesting to see how to line-weight lines (not tecnically, I mean the artistic way). I know is not your actual style but I love the way you did it! I know I’m asking for a lot but just take it as suggestions! I don’t want to be impolite and “just request more”. I know this take a looot of time to do and I really appreciate that you did this one yet. Anyway, thank you so much for everything and awesome piece and video. Sorry for commenting several times :’)

What I would like to see as a BEGINNER (a real one) is not "to speed things up I'll arrange the place" but HOW YOU ACTUALLY DO ARRANGE THE PLACE: what shape it comes in and how to shape it to one's liking, what are the options and your advice on using them.Because once everything's set up it is obvious how to use it, nobody needs a tutorial from that point.
@Sunakoart
3 жыл бұрын
I think the default layout is more than good enough for most people, and it was mainly just to show that you can indeed move the UI to your own liking if you do want to move the panels, like if you want the color wheel in a different corner for instance. I could have gone more in depth there but even as it is the video became very long, so I had to keep it short in some places >.
@tatianaabramovskaya8765
3 жыл бұрын
@@Sunakoart I absolutely agree, and therefore there's no need explaining it, it's quite obvious on itself, and where to place your panels is the las concern of any beginner, I'd say. This video feels more like a commercial presentation, not tutorial. Commercial presentation shows the possibilities, a tutorial shows how to use them. Would you care to make another video, more tutorial like? Going not in depth, but in substance: what are the other options for layers, what's the difference between the layers, what do the other layers do, how to use correctors (instead of re-drawing or erasing by hand) etc.

I have no idea how to explain this, but I really wish I could see all the process that goes into your painting process since in this video it was a timelapse and the layers aren't visible for us to see. I've been yearning to create a good lineart-less artwork for years but I've found it even more difficult than the traditional sketch > lineart > painting process, which essentially means I don't fully grasp how the proper lineart-less process is supposed to go.
