I’ve been using the Kid Delicious clock system for 10 years. It is the easiest aim system to master, if your super power is Vision. With this aiming system, mastering cue control becomes effortless. Mastering inside English has allowed me to sink 11 degree side pocket shots routinely. Big up to Kid Delicious thanks for sharing your knowledge

What I like about this exercise is that it is easy to set up and remember. Every hit is half-ball hit (aiming the center of the cue ball at the edge of the object ball) but you also need to adjust for squirt and throw to make the shots.

This is a good practice routine regardless of who invented it I'm using another one where you spot an object ball and put the cue ball directly behind it on the rail and work around the table with the cue ball on the rail or in the center of the pocket of go all the way around its 24 Shots see how good you could do that

How do you adjust where you're at what the table clock is though. What is the table clock depending where you stand?
@scottbarker919

at the end of his program he reviews where each hour hit on the opposite bank. Look at your shot line and see where you want the cue ball to go? Use the shot line as the face of the clock and the hour that will move the ball on the desired path at the proper speed.

The idea of the drill is to give you an idea of how different sorts of spin change the angle off of the cushion. So you can look at the shot, know that if the cue ball was just rolling without spin or stunned or screwed, what sort of angle you'd go into and off of the cushion at, and if you needed to change the angle then you'd know what sort of spin you'd need to change the angle off the cushion for better position.

How can 6 oclock on the cue ball take it towards the opposite end of the table and then 7 oclock on the cue ball take it in the other direction towards the top rail. This doesn't make sense.
@acedrumminman
5 жыл бұрын
The change from 6 to 7 is a rotational change of the cueball...from outside to inside english...or, from a counterclockwise rotation to a clockwise one, thus reversing the path of the cueball...what he doesn't speak about is the amount of deflection your cue imparts to the cueball, which modifies your aim point on the object ball...with some shafts the half ball hit wouldn't be consistent especially with inside english.

What you are showing is how to put English on a ball using a Clock System, for position (this is covered in my book). Use the "Clock to Clock System" (also covered in my book) for Perfect Aiming Techniques. Kid Delicious did not invent this system. It's been around since before he was born.

I wish you would stop saying "Advanced" clock system. It's not advanced, it is a common drill for learning position. Nothing "Advanced" about it. To K.D. - If you want Advanced - watch this video and explain how it's done, using the "Clock Ball System". kzitem.info/news/bejne/yXuM1Xh8f56Qeoo K.D. - send me a comment. I would love to hear what you have to say. Video is on KZitem under DawgHouse BIlliards.
