Are you required to report the exposed sewage to the city/county/etc? I would think that a licensed sewer cleaning business has to be a Mandatory Reporter. Seems like a landlord like that won't do a thing unless he gets pressured by authorities. It looked like spliced white telephone wire floating in there along with the ground cable and anchor. Disgusting upkeep.

How do you even clean all that old sewage up from the crawl space thats underneath a house like that? I lived in an RV travel trailer for a couple yrs with my husband and had plumbing issues that started off not being that big of a deal and easy to fix but was the beginning of a domino or snowball affect that just kept leading to bigger and more serious problems that would have cost more money in repairs and replacement parts than it was worth. So we said "F**K IT" and sold it for like $600 to be honest it was maybe worth $100
