Process Summary:
The goal is to change from a smaller micro SD card to a larger one, keeping all files already configured, especially Emunand.
For my case, the formatting of the micro SD card was in FAT32 using guiformat.exe software and Emunand was created by the "Hidden Partition on microSD" method by SX OS. Emunand was shared for use by Atmosphère.
Thus, we have an unallocated partition of approximately 29.13GB (invisible) on the micro SD.
If you created an Emunand using the "Files on microSD" method, I think it will work the same way. If you do the process, post your result!
You need a program to clone your micro SD, and I recommend HDD RAW COPY TOOL.
Basically, you will clone the smaller SD card into a file (usually extension .bin, .img, or .imgc) and then move the image of this file from the smallest micro SD card to the largest.
When you insert the largest micro SD card, it will only be listed with the smallest micro SD card size as it was literally cloned (it is an exact copy of your cloned card); therefore, you will need to use a second program to "EXPAND" the partition on your larger micro SD card (remembering that we have Emunand's hidden 29.14GB partition) to the full size available on the new micro SD card.
The EaseUS Partition Master Free partition manager will do this task.
