I am a massive Audi Fan ... but That Honda driver has some serious reaction times.... and damn props to him keeping up AND eventually beating the Audi all while driving a Manual.... that takes skills to beat the Dual clutch, even while the Honda has power and weight advantages

It does take skill to do that but that car had a huge advantage regarding the weight!! That in itself saved him IMO but I could be wrong. 600lbs less is pretty serious especially if it also has more HP. If these cars are evenly matched in HP I believe it would be enough for the TT RS to take the W. Weight is huge is racing as we all know!

i think what he meant is the ease of entry to do this.. back in the day, you had to sell your soul to get these kinda parts.. let alone tune.. now theres like 10 different companies actively making parts for k series.. like 3 different awd conversion sites.. turbos and supercharger companies and two reputable tuning companies, hondata and ktuner.. that offer base service.. let alone all the tuners that specialize in K and J series now l. and they all doing etunes so you dont have to travel far... all this makes it soooooo much easier.

Watching that Civic go full Transformers from a car into a freight train and absolutely REEL that Audi in towards the end of each race was amazing. Those first two races were 100% as close to ties as you can get, but if they were running a true 1,320ft quarter mile, the Civic would've ran around him everytime. Insane top end on that car

Such a clean civic, currently working on a 300whp street 93 civic si coup full fiberglass widebody kit 2.5" rear 2" front, on 2" lowering coils, head is built already and saving to build the bottom end and get my turbo installed. It's two years in the working, got it as a Rolling shell and been building slowly

Amazing on so many levels. I'm surprised the Honda does so well with the manual box - the driver made best use of it! but almost 200bhp more and lighter... we all knew it would catch up. Great launch from the TT 3 times in a row though!

Seriously, hats off to both of these gentledooods! I'm not really into these kinds of cars, but this was honestly some of the best racing I've seen on, 'This vs That'! I'm more impressed with that Honda and the fact that he's out there giving out spankings with a manual tranny. Vedy niiiice, vedy niiiiiiiiice!
