Here is your next guided beginner CLUBBELL lesson! In this workout, I talk you through doing single handed inside pendulums, outside pendulums, and two handed shoulder casts.
In my experience, any type of weight training takes practice to wrap your brain around the movements. You're throwing a weight around, thinking about form, position, and trying to count the number of reps and sets you're doing. That's a whole lotta things all at once! So take your time, go slow, and have patience, because learning these movements is not as instinctual as circles.
Take as much time as you need to perform each rep with good form and listen to your body! Your weaker side will dictate how many sets and reps you can do and then you challenge yourself by building up one more rep at a time.
