That's brilliant. I am looking forward to more BlenderCAM content, because like FreeCAD paths, there isn't very much info or tutorial content out there.

Thanks! I'm trying to keep a balance between the two of them, I've just posted another video about blender to try to level things up :)

Very informative, I have to go back and see your other Blender video, I can see some uses along these lines for Blender CAM.

Glad it was of use. I think that for some things FreeCAD is the way to go, but for others, the more "artistic" ones, Blender is much better

Hi Open Source CNC, I think you may REALLY like GatorCAM for CNC! It's really quick to use.

I'll give you a free copy. I added/fixed everything that bothered me with other CAM packages.

Thanks! But my channel is about open source software. Your program, no matter how good it is, is not in this category

@@opensourcecnc that makes sense, and i understand. (I wrote the program because i couldn't find any open-source that was easy to use and not cloud/rental. It's really cheap too.)

Sorry for being so dense but i installed blender (never used it before) and tried to follow your directions, but the Curve CAM Tools did not install (I used the standard *.msi install pkg). The last icon I have on the left side is for Create Cube and there is nothing below it. I also could not find Curves in the add-on section. Any suggestions?
